DIY-DECOR SET easy to make, budget friendly

This 4 PIECE DECORATIVE SET is perfect for the hall stand or kitchen buffet it also works well as an inexpensive gift. Very Easy to make

  • Spay paint with a primer– piece of calico – old buttons – paper/paper bag – twine/rope/ribbon – clovers from your garden fake flowers – glue gun – small piece of sandpaper.

 

STEP 1- CLEAN ALL ITEMS THEN SPRAY PAINT THEM

STEP 2- CUT 5 x 8 ROUGHLY SHAPED DESCENDING CILCLES- DOT GLUE WITH GUN, EACH CIRCLE ON TOP OF THE OTHER- FRAY,SQUISH & FLUFF FOR DESIRED EFFECT, DOT GLUE BUTTON IN THE MIDDLE.

STEP 3- BORING WATCH PAINT DRY, WHEN IT IS DRY, GRAB YOUR SANDPAPER AND SAND THE EDGES & SIDES OF YOUR FRAME. SCRATCH IT UP BUT NOT TO MUCH. PLACE EITHER A PIECE OF DECOARTIVE PAPER OR SCRUNCHED PAPER BAG FLAT AS THE MATTIING WITH YOUR CLOVERS AS THE ACCENT. SEAL IT UP READY TO DISPALY.

 

STEP 4- USING YOUR FLAT BACK DECORATIVE TWINE, RIBBON, ROPE OR PREFERRED CHOICE AND ENSURING TOUR GLU GUN IS HOT, START TO GLUE THE TWINE AROUND YOUR JAR AND VASES I HOLD DOWN AS I GO WITH A WOODEN SKEWER. ( I HAVE BEEN BURNT TO MANY TIMES). I REFUSE TO GET CAUGHT AGAIN. GLUE ON YOUR FLOWERS HOLD THEM DOWN FIRMLY THEN RE FLUFF. ADD YOUR FLOWERS !
SETS LIKE THE ONE I HAVE SHOWN TODAY MAKE GREAT GIFTS. THE DIFFERENT STYLES AND CREATIVE FLAIR YOU CAN PUT INTO THESE SETS ARE ENDLESS. INCLUDING ALL THE BITS AND PIECES I WOULD STILL SAY THAT THIS 4 PIECE SET CAME IN UNDER $10 AUS TO MAKE.
